| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zhodnotit dopady globální finanční krize roku 2008, známé jako „Velká Recese“ (The Great Recession), na postavení Mexika v mezinárodním obchodu a investicích. Práce se soustředí na identifikaci klíčových změn a vývojových trendů, které ovlivnily obchodní aktivity Mexika s jeho hlavními partnerskými zeměmi. Je zde provedena evaluace, zda a jak tyto události ovlivnily dynamiku mezinárodního obchodu a investic Mexika, s ohledem na specifické charakteristiky preferenčních dohod, jež má Mexiko s Evropskou unií a Spojenými státy americkými. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this thesis is to assess the impact of the global financial crisis of 2008, known as "The Great Recession", on Mexico's position in international trade and investment. The work focuses on identifying the key changes and developments that have affected Mexico's trade activities with its main partner countries. An evaluation is conducted to determine whether and how these developments have affected the dynamics of Mexico's international trade and investment, considering the specific characteristics of the preferential agreements that Mexico has with the European Union and the United States. |
