| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá faktory ovlivňujícími volbu destinace zahraničních studentů při výběru země pro studium. Cílem této práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodnutí uchazečů ze Střední Asie o studium na vysoké škole v České republice. Práce je složena z teoretické a výzkumné části. Teoretická část představuje přehled literatury, která vysvětluje klíčové pojmy, popisuje předchozí výzkumy a představuje různé modely týkající se volby země studia mezi zahraničními studenty. K dosažení cíle je použito dotazníkové šetření, po kterém následuje analýza získaných dat a identifikace všech klíčových faktorů, které ovlivňují rozhodnutí středoasijských studentů studovat v České republice. Tato bakalářská práce přispěje k hlubšímu pochopení celkového rozhodovacího procesu studentů ze Střední Asie o studiu v České republice. Je také potenciálně užitečná pro různé organizace, které se zabývají zahraničními studenty a vzděláváním v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the factors influencing international students' choice of destination when selecting a country for study. The aim of this thesis is to identify the key factors that influence the decision of Central Asia applicants to study at university in the Czech Republic. The thesis is composed of theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part presents a literature review that explains key concepts, describes previous research and presents different models regarding the choice of country of study among international students. To achieve the objective, a questionnaire survey is used, followed by an analysis of the collected data and the identification of all key factors that influence the decision of Central Asia students to study in the Czech Republic. This bachelor thesis will contribute to a deeper understanding of the overall decision-making process of Central Asia students to study in the Czech Republic. It is also potentially useful for various organizations that deal with international students and education in the Czech Republic. |
