This bachelor thesis on the topic of Leadership Styles and Managerial Culture: A case study of a multinational company in the Czech Republic and Germany will be focusing on cross-cultural differences of Czech Republic and Germany in the area of management and leadership and the implication on the outcome they foster, such as the influence of management culture on communication and decision-making within a multinational corporation, or the implication that culture of each country has on the adaptation of leadership styles and its work culture. This will be measured by the cultural dimensions, which provide us with an insight to what the influence of culture in each country has on leadership styles and subsequent analysis of the gathered secondary data. |

Tato bakalářská práce na téma Styly vedení a manažerská kultura: Případová studie nadnárodní společnosti v České republice a Německu se zaměří na mezikulturní rozdíly mezi Českou republikou a Německem v oblasti managementu a vedení a jejich dopad a ovlivnění na faktory, jako je vliv kultury managementu na komunikaci a rozhodování v rámci nadnárodní korporace nebo implikace, kterou má kultura každé země na přizpůsobení stylů vedení a její pracovní kultury. To bude měřeno kulturními dimenzemi, které nám poskytnou náhled na to, jaký vliv má kultura v jednotlivých zemích na styly vedení, a následnou analýzou shromážděných sekundárních dat. |
