Cílem této Bakalářské práce je zhodnocení celkového vlivu financování Českého atletického svazu na celkový atletický vývoj v České republice. Tato práce tedy míří na evaluaci efektivity externích investic a jejich benefity. Mezi takové benefity patří utvoření pracovních pozic pro trenéry, vývoj programů a finanční podpora vrcholových sportovců jakožto zaměstnanců Českého Atletického Svazu, nebo profesionálních atletických klubů. Utvoření teoretického podkladu plánuje práce dosáhnout pomocí analýzy principu financování sportu v České republice, následným vymezením fungování Českého atletického svazu jako organizace se zaměřením na jeho finance. Důsledným popisem Českého Atletického Svazu včetně porovnání stavu České atletiky ve vybraných sledovaných letech poté práce uceluje celkový pohled na způsob fungování svazu, což je docíleno skrze účetní závěrky a výroční zprávy svazu. Teoretická část následně zkoumá data pro sledované roky 2011 až 2022, podle kterých vymezuje, jaký skutečný vliv mají finance na úspěšnost svazu na světové půdě. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is to assess the overall impact of financing the Czech athletic association on the overall athletic development in the Czech Republic. Thus, this thesis aims to evaluate the effectiveness of external investments and their benefits. Such benefits include the creation of job positions for coaches, program development, and financial support for elite athletes as employees of the Czech athletic association or professional athletic clubs. I plan to establish a theoretical basis through an analysis of the principle of sports financing in the Czech Republic, followed by explaining the functioning of the Czech athletic association as an organization, along with a focus on its finances. A thorough description of the Czech athletic association, including a comparison of the state of Czech athletics in selected years, completes the overall view of the association’s functioning, achieved through financial statements and annual reports. The theoretical part subsequently examines data for the monitored years from 2011 to 2022, defining the real impact of finances on the success of the association on the world stage. |
