| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení přínosu členství v profesních sdruženích sektoru turismu a hospitality. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikovat klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodnutí podniků stát se členy těchto sdružení a analyzovat, jak členství ovlivňuje jejich konkurenceschopnost. Na základě výzkumu mezi členy Asociace hotelů a restaurací České republiky (AHR ČR) a nečleny byly zjištěny specifické přínosy členství. Práce dále nabízí doporučení pro optimalizaci využití členství v profesních sdruženích pro zvýšení udržitelného růstu a inovací v podnikání. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on evaluating the benefits of membership in professional associations within the tourism and hospitality sector. The primary objective of the study is to identify key factors influencing businesses decisions to join these associations and to analyse how membership affects their competitiveness. Based on research conducted among members and non-members of the Czech Republic Hotels and Restaurants Association (AHR ČR), specific benefits of membership were identified. The thesis also offers recommendations for optimizing the use of membership in professional associations to enhance sustainable growth and innovation in business. |
