| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Analýza IPO v ČR" je zaměřena na problematiku primární veřejné nabídky akcií (IPO) při aplikaci na český kapitálový trh. Práce se na začátku zabývá charakteristikou IPO a alternativních forem financování podniku. Detailně je v práci popsán proces IPO v případě emise na pražské burze a dále dlouhodobá charakteristika výkonnosti nových emisí. Závěr pak popisuje současný český kapitálový trh, Burzu cenných papírů Praha a investorské publikum. |

The work describes IPO process in detail in case of an issue on the Prague Stock Exchange and the long-term performance characteristics of the new issues further. The ending focuses on the current Czech capital market, the Prague Stock Exchange and the investors. |
