| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou společnosti Smartwings, a.s. na českém leteckém trhu. Smartwings a.s. je největší leteckou společností v České republice a má dceřiné společnosti také v Maďarsku, Polsku a na Slovensku. Společnost je také mateřskou společností národního dopravce České aerolinie (ČSA). Tato práce se zabývá studiem letecké společnosti Smartwings na českém leteckém trhu, její analýzou a také identifikací trendů, příležitostí a slabých stránek společnosti pomocí různých analýz a metodik. Cílem je na základě výsledků zhodnotit současnou pozici podniku na českém leteckém trhu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the company Smartwings, a.s. on the Czech aviation market. Smartwings a.s. is the largest airline in the Czech Republic and also has subsidiaries in Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia. The company is also the parent company of the national carrier Czech Airlines (ČSA). This thesis deals with the study of the airline company Smartwings on the Czech aviation market, its analysis, and also the identification of trends, opportunities, and weaknesses of the company using various analyses and methodologies. The aim is to evaluate the current position of the company in the Czech aviation market based on the results. |
