| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu ‚‚Podnikatelský plán‘‘, konkrétně je plán zaměřený na nynější kavárnu a budoucí vinárnu. Hlavním cílem této práce je zpracovat a poté vyhodnotit autorkou vytvořený podnikatelský plán na založení vinárny, která by měla fungovat ve stávající kavárně. Kavárna by měla projít celkovou rekonstrukcí a bude přes den nadále fungovat, vinárna by měla být provozována ve večerních hodinách. Tento podnikatelský plán by měl sloužit jako podklad pro realizaci vinárny. Cílovou čtenářskou skupinou této práce jsou jak potenciální zájemci o podnikání v pohostinství, tak případní investoři do projektů jako je tento. |

The primary objective of this thesis is to develop and evaluate a business plan created by the author for establishing a wine bar within the existing café premises. The café will undergo a complete renovation and continue to operate during the day, while the wine bar will open in the evening. This business plan will serve as the foundation for implementing the wine bar concept. The intended audience for this paper includes individuals interested in hospitality industry business and potential investors considering projects of this nature. |
