| Abstract: | This diploma thesis addresses the issue of Ukrainian migration and adaptation in the Czech work environment in the times of the Ukrainian War. The aim of this thesis is to propose an adaptation program for Ukrainian refugee students staying in the Czech Republic. The aim is achieved after studying the cultural differences between Czech and Ukrainian cultures theoretically and practically based on a quantitative survey of Czech and Ukrainian citizens and in-depth interviews with Ukrainian students and assistants in Czech integration centers. |

| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ukrajinské migrace a adaptace v českém pracovním prostředí v době ukrajinské války. Cílem práce je navrhnout adaptační program pro ukrajinské uprchlíky nacházející se v České republice. Cíle je dosaženo po studiu rozdílů české a ukrajinské kultury jak v teoretické, tak i v praktické rovině, na základě kvantitativního výzkumu českých a ukrajinských občanů a hloubkových rozhovorů s ukrajinskými studenty a asistenty v českých integračních centrech. |
