| Abstract: |
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice využití telemedicíny v České republice. Cílem práce je zhodnotit úroveň implementace telemedicíny v ČR. V prvních kapitolách práce jsou definovány základní pojmy spojené s telemedicínou, dále jsou zde popsány telemedicínské technologie a historický vývoj telemedicíny. Zároveň jsou v práci diskutovány přínosy a problémy telemedicíny. Druhá část práce se věnuje telemedicíně v České republice, jsou v ní znázorněny hlavní bariéry implementace, její praktické využití ve vybraných lékařských oborech a jsou zde rovněž řešeny právní aspekty využití telemedicíny v České republice. Třetí část je věnována kvalitativnímu výzkumu provedenému pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zdravotnickými pracovníky a jinými zájmovými osobnostmi v oblasti telemedicíny. Telemedicína v České republice není využívána v plném rozsahu, brzdí ji vybrané problémy, zejména ty spojené s financováním a legislativním rámcem, nicméně její využívání je na vzestupu. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis deals with the use of telemedicine in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the level of implementation of telemedicine in the Czech Republic. The first chapters of the thesis define the basic concepts related to telemedicine, then telemedicine technologies and historical development of telemedicine are described. At the same time, the benefits and problems of telemedicine are discussed. The second part of the thesis is devoted to telemedicine in the Czech Republic, the main barriers to its implementation, its practical use in selected medical disciplines and the legal aspects of telemedicine use in the Czech Republic are presented. The third part is devoted to qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders in the field of telemedicine. Telemedicine in the Czech Republic is not used to its full extent, hampered by selected problems, especially those related to funding and the legislative framework, but its use is on the rise. |
