| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je identifikovat dopady Verkehrswende na německý automobilový průmysl, a to zejména na trh práce v automobilovém průmyslu. Za účelem naplnění tohoto cíle je práce konstruována do tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole je provedena literární rešerše, která se věnuje „zelené“ transformaci ekonomiky a elektromobilitě. Významná část této kapitoly je zaměřena také na nástroje státu, využívané k transformaci k zelené ekonomice. Druhá kapitola se věnuje analýze německého trhu s elektromobily pomocí Porterova modelu. Poslední a nejdůležitější kapitola mé práce se věnuje přímo dopadům Verkehrswende na německý automobilový průmysl s hlavním zaměřením na trh práce. Nejprve je analyzován dopad na zaměstnanost v „klasickém“ automobilovém průmyslu, tedy průmyslu týkajícího se tradiční automobilové výroby. Poté se analýza věnuje dopadu na zaměstnanost v subsektorech souvisejících s automobilovým průmyslem po jeho transformaci na elektromobilitu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis aims to identify the impact of Verkehrswende on the German automotive industry, particularly the automotive labour market. In order to fulfil this aim, the thesis is constructed in three main chapters. In the first chapter, a literature review is conducted, which focuses on the "green" economic transformation and electromobility. A significant part of this chapter also focuses on the state instruments used to transform to a green economy. The second chapter analyses the German electric vehicle market using Porter's model. The last and most important chapter of my thesis deals directly with the impact of Verkehrswende on the German automotive industry with a focus on the labour market. First, the impact on employment in the "classic" automotive industry, i.e. the industry related to traditional car production, is analysed. Secondly, the analysis examines the impact on employment in sub-sectors associated with the automotive industry after its transformation to electromobility. |
