| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady reforem portugalského trhu práce z let 2011–2014. Portugalsko zažilo prudký nárůst míry nezaměstnanosti po počátku Velké recese, dnešní hodnoty jsou však nižší než před začátkem krize v Evropě v roce 2008. Zároveň je pracovní trh dlouhodobě považován za výrazně segmentovaný, tj. rozdělený na primární a sekundární. Práce proto zkoumá vliv portugalských reforem trhu práce na míru nezaměstnanosti a segmentaci trhu práce, na jejichž snížení zavedené reformy cílily. Metodou použitou k dosažení cíle je analýza makroekonomických dat převzatých převážně z databází Eurostat, portugalského Národního statistického institutu a Organizace pro hospodářskou spolupráci a rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis examines the impact of Portuguese labour market reforms of 2011–2014. Portugal experienced a sharp increase in unemployment rate after the start of the Great Recession. However, nowadays the values are lower than before the beginning of the crisis in Europe in 2008. At the same time, the labour market has long been considered highly segmented, i.e. divided into primary and secondary. Therefore, this paper examines the impact of Portuguese labour market reforms on the unemployment rate and the labour market segmentation, which were supposed to be reduced by the reforms introduced. The method used to achieve the objective is the analysis of macroeconomic data taken mainly from the databases of Eurostat, the Portuguese National Institute for Statistics and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. |
