Cílem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout zahraniční expanzi české stavební společnosti Subterra a.s. V první části se čtenář dozví o dostupné literatuře a použité metodologii. Ve druhé části je pomocí scoring modelu vybrána výsledná země, která je posléze pomocí PEST analýzy prozkoumána. Následuje SWOT analýza společnosti a výběr konkrétní metody vstupu na rakouský trh. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty její klíčové poznatky a uvedena doporučení. |

The bachelor thesis aimed to propose a foreign expansion of the Czech construction company Subterra a.s. In the first part, the reader will learn about the available literature and the methodology used. In the second part, a scoring model is used to select the final country, which is then examined using a PEST analysis. This is followed by a SWOT analysis of the company and the selection of a specific method to enter the Austrian market. The paper concludes with a summary of its key findings and recommendations. |
