| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou porušování lidských práv v oblasti migrace do zemí Evropské unie. Cílem práce je identifikovat nejčastěji porušovaná lidská práva během procesu migrace na základě literatury a výsledky následně potvrdit v databázi HUDOC. Obsahem práce je analýza rozsudků stížností migrantů před Evropským soudem pro lidská práva, který se řídí Evropskou úmluvou o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod. Pomocí online databáze HUDOC, která je spravována ESLP, jsou analyzovány rozsudky mezi lety 2015 až 2021. Výsledky ověřování porovnají poznatky získané z literatury a data z databáze HUDOC. V rámci analýzy jsou objasněny časové trendy ve vydávání rozsudků. Při srovnání výsledků je možné identifikovat země Evropské unie, ve kterých je porušení lidských práv v oblasti migrace frekventovanější. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of human rights violations in the field of migration to the EU countries. The aim of the thesis is to identify the most frequently violated human rights during the migration process based on the literature. The results are compared with the judgments in the HUDOC database. The content of the thesis is an analysis of the judgments of migrants' complaints against the European Court of Human Rights, which is governed by the European Convention on Human Rights. The judgments between 2015 and 2021 are analysed using the online database HUDOC, which is maintained by the ECtHR. The results compare the findings obtained from the literature. The analysis explains the time trends of the judgments. By comparing the results, it is possible to identify European Union countries where human rights violations in the field of migration are more frequent. |
