| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce přináší hluboký vhled do motivací a důvodů, které vedou české hráče fotbalu a ledního hokeje k migraci do zahraničí. Je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se zabývá migrací obecně, specifikuje migraci ve sportovním prostředí a identifikuje push a pull faktory obecně i ve sportovním prostředí. Druhá kapitola analyzuje základní charakteristiky fotbalu a ledního hokeje, migraci uvnitř těchto sportů a srovnává platy hráčů ve světě i v České republice se zaměřením na fotbal a hokej. Třetí kapitola se věnuje současným migračním destinacím hráčů a počtům českých hráčů v nejvyšších světových ligách. Praktická část zahrnuje rozhovory s českými sportovci, kteří mají zkušenost s migrací do zahraničí ve spojení s profesionálním fotbalem nebo ledním hokejem. Získané poznatky ukazují, že hlavním důvodem pro migraci je nedostatečná konkurence a nižší kvalita českých klubů. Tato práce potvrzuje potřebu zlepšení podmínek v českém sportovním prostředí, aby se zabránilo odchodu talentovaných sportovců do zahraničí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis provides a deep insight into the motivations and reasons that lead Czech football and ice hockey players to migrate abroad. It is divided into three parts. The first part examines migration in general, specifies migration in the sports environment, and identifies push and pull factors both generally and in the sports context. The second chapter analyzes the basic characteristics of football and ice hockey, migration within these sports, and compares player salaries worldwide and in the Czech Republic, focusing on football and hockey. The third chapter focuses on current migration destinations for players and the numbers of Czech players in the top world leagues. The practical part includes interviews with Czech athletes who have experience with migration abroad in connection with professional football or ice hockey. The findings indicate that the main reason for migration is the insufficient competition and lower quality of Czech clubs. This thesis confirms the need to improve conditions in the Czech sports environment to prevent the departure of talented athletes abroad. |
