| Abstract: |
Vzdělávání hraje důležitou roli ve formování kvality lidského kapitálu, a tím ovlivňuje i růst a rozvoj ekonomiky. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zjištění hlavních atributů nejlepších vzdělávacích systémů světa a pomocí následné komparace je hodnotí. Cílem práce je také zjistit, zda český vzdělávací systém dané atributy splňuje či nikoliv. První část diplomové práce se soustředí na přiblížení termínu vzdělání a následným propojením s inovativností ekonomiky. Druhá část je zaměřena na komparaci vzdělávacích systémů s cílem vymezit zásadní atributy nejlépe hodnocených vzdělávacích systémů světa. Poslední část práce spojuje poznatky z předchozích kapitol a implikuje je na případ českého vzdělávacího systému se zaměřením na jeho výzvy a perspektivy. |

| Abstract: |
Education plays an important role in shaping the quality of human capital and thus influences the growth and development of the economy. This thesis focuses on identifying the main attributes of the world's best education systems and evaluates them through subsequent comparison. The aim of the thesis is also to find out whether the Czech education system meets the given attributes or not. The first part of the thesis focuses on the introduction of the term education and the subsequent connection with the innovativeness of the economy. The second part focuses on the comparison of education systems in order to define the essential attributes of the best-rated education systems in the world. The last part of the thesis combines the findings from the previous chapters and applies them to the case of the Czech education system, focusing on its challenges and prospects. |
