| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on Russian-Chinese cultural standards in the formal environment. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify Russian-Chinese cultural standards formal environment by the Critical Incident method by Alexander Thomas. The sub-aims are to identify cultural differences between the Russia and China and propose recommendations for Russians in their working relationships with Chinese. The data for the primary research is obtained through interviews with Russian respondents who have worked with Chinese partners for at least half year. To achieve the aim of the thesis, Russian-Chinese cultural standards are formulated based on the information from the interviews. The data from the interviews is also compared with the theoretical information from secondary sources. Finally, based on the results of the research and on secondary sources, recommendations for Russian in working relationships with Chinese are proposed. |

| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rusko-čínské kulturní standardy v formálním prostředí. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat rusko-čínské kulturní standardy ve formálním prostředí pomocí metody Critical incident Alexandra Thomase. Podcíle jsou identifikovat kulturní rozdíly mezi Ruskem a Čínou a navrhnout doporučení pro Rusa ve vztazích s Číňany. Data pro primární výzkum jsou získána prostřednictvím rozhovorů s ruskými respondenty, kteří spolupracovali s čínskými partnery po dobu nejméně půl roku. Pro dosažení cíle práce jsou formulovány ruské a čínské kulturní standardy na základě informací z rozhovorů. Data z pozhovorů jsou také porovnána s teoretickými informacemi z sekundárních zdrojů. Nakonec jsou na základě výsledků výzkumu a sekundárních zdrojů navržena doporučení pro Rusa ve vztazích s Číňany. |
