| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní spokojenosti, motivace a loajality zaměstnanců ve společnosti ROHDE & SCHWARZ. Cílem práce je identifikovat hlavní faktory ovlivňující tyto aspekty a navrhnout doporučení v oblasti řízení spokojenosti, motivace a loajality. První část práce se věnuje představení těchto aspektů, ve druhé části je představena společnost ROHDE & SCHWARZ. Následuje kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkum, vyhodnocení výsledků tohoto výzkumu a formulace doporučení a návrhů na zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of job satisfaction, motivation and loyalty of employees in the company ROHDE & SCHWARZ. The aim of the thesis is to identify the main factors influencing these aspects and to propose recommendations in the area of satisfaction, motivation and loyalty management. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the introduction of these aspects, while the second part introduces ROHDE & SCHWARZ. This is followed by qualitative and quantitative research, an evaluation of the results of this research and the formulation of recommendations and suggestions for improvement. |
