| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání zaměstnanců formou online školení, kdy v současné době roste jeho využití a s tím i jeho důležitost. Cílem je se otázce prospěchu a efektivity online školení přiblížit pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu v podobě dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci mezinárodní společnosti Deutsche Börse Group, která taková školení nabízí. Hlavním výsledkem bakalářské práce se stalo zjištění vysoké přínosnosti online školení, a tedy i jeho efektivity. Pro zaměstnance společnosti je využívání online školení prospěšné z pohledu seberozvoje a rozvoje jejich profesních dovedností, čímž zlepšují produktivitu práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of employee training in the form of e-learning, where its use is currently growing and with it its importance. The aim is to approach the question of the usefulness and effectiveness of online training by means of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey among employees of the international company Deutsche Börse Group, which offers such trainings. The main result of the bachelor thesis is a finding of a high usefulness of online training and therefore its effectiveness. For the employees of the company, the use of online training is beneficial in terms of self-development and development of their professional skills, thus improving their work productivity. |
