| Abstract: | My bachelor thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on multinational companies presented on the market in Prague, Czech Republic. Specifically, it focuses on such big corporations as Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, AstraZeneca, and Pfizer. I have conducted qualitative and quantitative research to examine the motives, strategies, and impacts of CSR initiatives in the selected industry with a big emphasis on Johnson & Johnson. |

| Abstract: | Moje bakalářská práce poskytuje komplexní analýzu iniciativ společenské odpovědnosti (CSR) ve farmaceutickém průmyslu se zaměřením na nadnárodní společnosti prezentované na trhu v Praze, Česká republika. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na takové velké korporace jako Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, AstraZeneca a Pfizer. Provedla jsem kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkum, abych prozkoumala motivy, strategie a dopady iniciativ CSR ve vybraném odvětví s velkým důrazem na Johnson & Johnson. |
