| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou omezení letů na krátké vzdálenosti v Evropě a jejich dopadem na životní prostředí. Ke stanovení těchto dopadů slouží případová studie zkoumající vliv zavedení zákona, který zrušil několik vnitrostátních letů ve Francii. V rámci případové studie bylo využito několik metod výpočtu emisí vyprodukovaných během těchto letů. V práci se dále řeší, jakým způsobem tato opatření ovlivňují cestovní dobu na daných trasách. Diskutuje se také o dalších možných opatřeních, jako jsou dodatečné daně, které ovlivňují cestující při výběru dopravního prostředku. Jako alternativní způsob dopravy se v práci uvažuje o vysokorychlostní železnici. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of restrictions on short-haul flights in Europe and their impact on the environment. A case study examining the effects of the introduction of a law that abolished several domestic flights in France is used to determine these impacts. Several methods of calculating emissions produced during these flights were utilized within the case study. The thesis also addresses how these measures affect travel time on the respective routes. Furthermore, it discusses other possible measures such as additional taxes that influence passengers' choice of transportation mode. High-speed rail is considered as an alternative mode of transportation in the thesis. |
