| Abstract: | Má bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou duálního systému vzdělávání. Hlavním cílem je analýza německého duálního systému vzdělávání se zaměřením na odbornou přípravu. V první kapitole jsou charakterizovány základní principy duálního vzdělávání a jaké s sebou nese výhody i nevýhody. Také zmiňují příklady zemí, kde je tento systém již delší dobu implementován. Dále se podrobněji věnuji modelu německého odborného vzdělávání, struktuře jeho školství a legislativě regulující duální systém. V poslední kapitole uvádím doporučení pro implementaci duálního systému v České republice na základě zjištěných poznatků. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the dual education system. The main goal is to analyze the German dual education system with a focus on vocational training. The first chapter characterizes the basic principles of dual education and its advantages and disadvantages. It also mentions examples of countries where this system has been implemented for a long time. In next charter I will focus in more detail on the model of German vocational education, the structure of its education system and the legislation regulating the dual system. In the last chapter, I will present recommendations for the implementation of the dual system in the Czech Republic based on the previous findings. |
