| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postojem návštěvníků na samoobslužné systémy služeb využívaných v cestovním ruchu. Nejprve práce vysvětluje základní pojmy týkající se služeb v cestovním ruchu a popisuje specifika implementace samoobslužných systémů, které jsou dále zaměřené pouze na leteckou dopravu. Práce porovnává postoj českých a peruánských návštěvníků k těmto systémům. Výzkumný rámec využívá kvalitativního přístupu a koncepty studie Smart City a Hofstedeho teorie kultur k porovnání postojů mezi těmito dvěma odlišnými kulturami. Hlavní otázkou práce je, jak se liší postoj k samoobslužným systémům v letecké dopravě mezi Českou republikou a Peru, a jaké faktory ovlivňují tyto rozdíly. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the attitude of visitors towards self-service systems used in tourism. First, the thesis explains basic concepts related to tourism services and describes the specifics of implementing self-service systems, which are further focused solely on air travel. The thesis compares the attitudes of Czech and Peruvian visitors towards these systems. The research framework utilizes a qualitative approach and concepts from the Smart City study and Hofstede's theory of cultures to compare attitudes between these two distinct cultures. The main question of the thesis is how the attitude towards self-service systems in air travel differs between the Czech Republic and Peru, and what factors influence these differences. |
