Tato práce se zabývá analýzou rozdílů v logistických procesech e-commerce mezi domácím a zahraničním prostředím. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo identifikovat klíčové aspekty e-commerce logistiky při expanzi firem do zahraničí. Byla provedena komplexní literární rešerše a praktický výzkum, který zahrnoval polostrukturované rozhovory a případovou studii se společnosti Alza.cz. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že základní logistické operace zůstávají konzistentní napříč trhy, avšak se podařilo identifikovat některé klíčové rozdíly a specifika. Zejména se jedná o některé aspekty doručení zboží, balení zásilek, přístupu ke správě zásob, reverzní logistice a zákaznické péči. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis deals with the analysis of differences in e-commerce logistics processes between do-mestic and foreign environments. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to identify the key aspects of e-commerce logistics in the expansion of companies abroad. A comprehensive literature review and practical research was conducted, which included semi-structured interviews and a case study with Alza.cz. The research has found that core logistics operations remain consistent across mar-kets, but some key differences and specifics have been identified. In particular, some aspects of goods delivery, packaging of shipments, approach to inventory management, reverse logistics and customer care. |
