| Abstract: | This thesis investigates the current and future development of CSR programs of Czech companies. The study focuses on the current state of CSR programs of Czech companies including ČSOB, Kofola and Avast. The main purpose of this thesis is to study the CSR of Czech companies, to find out how CSR works at the moment, to understand the attitude of the employees of the company under study toward such CSR initiatives, and to consider possible future development taking into account the impact of new EU legislation and regulations. |

| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá současným a budoucím vývojem CSR programů českých firem. Studie se zaměřuje na současný stav CSR programů českých firem, mezi které patří ČSOB, Kofola a Avast. Hlavním cílem této práce je prozkoumat CSR českých firem, zjistit, jak CSR funguje v současné době, pochopit postoj zaměstnanců zkoumané firmy k těmto CSR iniciativám a zvážit možný budoucí vývoj s ohledem na dopady nové legislativy a nařízení EU. |
