| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání cizinců ze třetích zemí v České republice, která je pro dnešní dobu velmi aktuální a je potřeba ji aktivně řešit. Cílem práce je porozumět náležitostem zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice za pomoci případových studií tří různých společností, zkušenosti těchto společností mezi sebou porovnat a následně identifikovat výhody a výzvy spojené se zaměstnáváním cizinců. Jako hlavní výzvy byly identifikovány náročné administrativní požadavky, komplikovaná právní úprava a jazyková bariéra. V závěru práce jsou navržena řešení, která by mohla pomoci zjednodušit celý proces a motivovat zaměstnavatele, aby cizince ze třetích zemí více zaměstnávali. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of employment of foreigners from third countries in the Czech Republic, which is very topical nowadays and needs to be actively addressed. The aim of the thesis is to understand the requirements of employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic with the help of case studies of three different companies, to compare the experiences of these companies with each other and then to identify the benefits and challenges associated with the employment of foreigners. The main challenges were identified as demanding administrative requirements, complicated legislation and language barriers. The paper concludes by proposing solutions that could help simplify the process and motivate employers to employ more foreigners from third countries. |
