| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá návrhem a dodáním systému pro správu softwarových zdrojů firmy v rámci agilní metodiky. Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit současné postupy v disciplíně plánování a řízení projektu, ve firmě pracující agilní formou, a ukázat, jak v praxi firmy vypadá návrh a realizace úpravy systému zaváděném u zákazníka podle jeho představ a požadavků na změnu. V oblasti projektového řízení se práce zaměřuje na plánování a přípravu projektu, metody pro vytvoření odhadů času a zdrojů potřebných na projektu, metodiky řízení projektu, na řízení rizik a certifikaci projektových manažerů. V oblasti agilních přístupů se zaměřuje práce na metodiku SCRUM a její přínos v oblasti řízení firmy a inovace produktů. Nakonec jsou představeny systémy pro podnikové řízení zdrojů ERP a jejich podsystémy důležité pro řízení firmy a proces při navrhování a vytváření změn v systému podle požadavků zákazníka. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the design and delivery of a system for managing a company's software resources within an agile methodology. The aim of the thesis is to present the current practices in the discipline of project planning and management, in a company working in an agile way, and to show how the design and implementation of the modification of the system implemented at the customer's site looks like in the company's practice, according to the customer's ideas and requirements for change. In the project management area, the thesis focuses on project planning and preparation, methods for developing estimates of time and resources needed on a project, project management methodologies, risk management and project manager certification. In the area of agile approaches, the thesis focuses on the SCRUM methodology and its contribution to business management and product innovation. And then there are ERP enterprise resource planning systems and their subsystems relevant to business management and in the end the process in designing and making changes to the system according to customer requirements are presented. |
