| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vývoje daňových příjmů MČ Praha 14. Hlavním cílem práce je konkrétní analýza vývoje daňových příjmů městské části Praha 14 v období 2018 2022. Vedlejším cílem je srovnání vývoje daňových příjmů vybrané městské části s městskou částí Praha 18. První část práce se věnuje legislativnímu rozboru daně z nemovitých věcí a místních poplatků a popisu jejich regulace v Praze. Ve druhé části práce je provedena konkrétní analýza vývoje daňových příjmů městské části Praha 14 v období 2018-2022 a její porovnání s vývojem v Praze 18. Z analýzy vyplývá, že vývoj daňových příjmů v Praze 14 stabilně roste. V porovnání s Prahou 18 je vývoj Prahy 14 pomalejší, navzdory dvojnásobnému počtu obyvatel. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the development of tax revenues of the municipality Prague 14. The main objective of the thesis is a specific analysis of the development of tax revenues of the municipal district Prague 14 in the period from 2018-2022. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the legislative analysis of real estate tax and local taxes and description of their regulation in Prague. In the second part of the thesis, a specific analysis of the development of tax revenues of the municipal district Prague 14 in the period 2018-2022 and its comparison with the development in Prague 18 is carried out. The analysis shows that the development of tax revenues in Prague 14 is growing steadily. Compared to Prague 18, the development of Prague 14 is slower, despite double the population. |
