| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se v souladu se zadáním zaměřuje na identifikaci postupu v zavádění vratných obalů ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je identifikace problé-mových situací při zavádění vratných obalů v rámci udržitelnosti ve vybraném podni-ku. Práce sumarizuje legislativní a dosavadní poznání související s problematikou udr-žitelnosti v logistice v kontextu vratných obalů a jejich recyklace. Zabývá se vývojem managementu udržitelnosti, měřením udržitelnosti a vnímáním udržitelnosti spotřebiteli. Zkoumání je řešeno pomocí sekvenčního smíšeného výzkumu a na jeho základě je provedeno hodnocení výhod a nevýhod vratného systému PET lahví, dále jsou uvede-ny některé možnosti úprav v dané oblasti. |

| Abstract: | In accordance with the assignment, this dissertation focuses on identifying the process of implementing returnable packaging in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to identify problem situations in the implementation of returnable packaging in the context of sustainability in the selected company. The thesis summarises the legislative and existing knowledge related to the issue of sustainability in logistics in the context of returnable packaging and its recycling. It deals with the development of sustainability management, sustainability measurement and consumer perception of sustainability. The research is carried out using a sequential mixed-methods approach and, based on this research, an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of the returnable PET bottle system is made and some options for changes in this area are presented. |
