| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá konkrétně trestným činem porušení předpisů o pravidlech hospodářské soutěže. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění rozdílů a hranice mezi mimotrestní a trestněprávní úpravou horizontálních dohod narušujících hospodářskou soutěž. V první části se budu zabývat hospodářskou soutěží jako takovou. Následně rozeberu samotný trestný čin porušení předpisů o pravidlech hospodářské soutěže se zaměřením na horizontální dohody narušující hospodářskou soutěž. Pomocí analýzy a komparace zjistím rozdíly mezi mimotrestní a trestní úpravou horizontálních dohod. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals specifically with the criminal offence of violation of competition rules. The aim of this thesis is to establish the differences and the boundaries between the non-criminal and criminal regulation of horizontal anti-competitive agreements. In the first part I will deal with competition as such. I will then analyse the offence of infringement of competition rules itself, focusing on horizontal anti-competitive agreements. Through analysis and comparison, I will identify the differences between the non-criminal and criminal treatment of horizontal agreements. |
