| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast správy dokumentů a na klíčové aspekty, které v této oblasti způsobují problémy. Cílem práce je identifikovat příčiny těchto problémů. K dosažení cíle byly provedeny dva samostatné kroky. Nejprve byla provedena systematická mapa literatury, pomocí které byly v odborných publikacích identifikovány problémy se správou dokumentů, jejich příčiny a vazby na organizace s různými charakteristikami. Následně byl na základě výsledků systematického mapování proveden kvalitativní výzkum s jedenácti participanty z devíti organizací. Výzkum byl zaměřen na porovnání výsledků získaných pomocí systematického mapování s reálnou praxí těchto organizací a na celkovou identifikaci přístupů organizací ke správě jejich dokumentů. Výsledky výzkumu odhalují oblasti, ve kterých se odborná literatura a praxe organizací liší, a zároveň popisují čtyři rozdílné přístupy k správě dokumentů. |

| Abstract: | The master thesis focuses on the area of document management and the key aspects that pose problems in this area. The aim of the thesis is to identify the causes of these problems. To achieve this goal, two separate steps were taken. Firstly, a systematic mapping study was conducted to identify issues with document management, their causes, and their connections to organizations with different characteristics in scholarly publications. Subsequently, based on the results of the systematic mapping, a qualitative research was conducted with eleven participants from nine organizations. The research aimed to compare the results obtained through systematic mapping with the actual practices of these organizations and to overall identify organizations 'approaches to document management'. The research results reveal areas where scholarly literature and organizational practices differ and describe four different approaches to document management. |
