| Abstract: | Cíl této práce je prozkoumat a posoudit připravenost výrobní linky na implementaci technologií a prvků průmyslu 4.0 a 5.0. Na základě tohoto zkoumání pak doporučit, jak tuto připravenost zlepšit. V práci je přiblížen průmysl 4.0 a 5.0 včetně jejich dopadů na produktivitu a kvalitu. Je provedena analýza technologických a jiných předpokladů pro zavedení vybraných technologií, jako jsou například RFID, senzory, cloud computing. Výsledky této analýzy jsou pak aplikovány na konkrétní případ výrobní linky. Zá-věry naznačují, že pro úspěšné zavedení těchto technologií je potřeba investovat do přípravy strategie integrace těchto technologií a školení zaměstnanců. Zdůrazněna je také důležitost vytvoření bezpečného pracovního prostředí. |

| Abstract: | This study aims to investigate and assess the readiness of the production line for the implementation of technologies and elements of Industry 4.0 and 5.0. Based on this examination, it is then recommended how to improve this readiness. The thesis provides an overview of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 including their impacts on productivity and quality. An analysis of technological and other enablers for the adoption of selected technologies such as RFID, sensors, and cloud computing is provided. The results of this analysis are then applied to the specific case of a production line. The findings suggest that in order to successfully implement these technologies, investment is needed in developing a strategy for integrating these technologies and training employees. The importance of creating a safe working environment is also highlighted. |
