| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá firemním vzděláváním v neziskových organizacích. Rozvíjí témata systematického vzdělávání, rozvoje, podpory a specifických znaků vzdělávání dobro-volníků. Pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, rozhovory se zástupci organizace a pozoro-vání tato případové studie zkoumá vzdělávání v konkrétní neziskové organizaci, Sdru-žení turistických a tábornických oddílů, z.s. Sleduje systém vzdělávání dobrovolníků působících v organizaci, pomocí SWOT analýzy identifikuje silné a slabé stránky. V neposlední řadě vymezuje příležitosti k dalšímu rozvoji firemního vzdělávání v organizaci na základě relevantních poznatků z rešerše literatury. Výsledky výzkumu mimo jiné odhalily, že do řízení vzdělávání v organizaci je třeba zařadit systematické vzdělávání, evaluaci vzdělávacích akcí a potřeb. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with corporate education in non-profit organizations. It develops the themes of systematic education, development, support and specific features of education of volunteers. Using qualitative research, interviews with organizational representatives, and observation, this case study examines education in a specific nonprofit organization, Sdružení turistických oddílů, z.s. It follows the education system of volunteers working in the organization, using SWOT analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses. Last but not least, it defines opportunities for further development of corporate education in the organization based on relevant findings from the literature search. Among other things, the research results revealed that systematic training, evaluation of training events and needs should be included in the management of training in the organization |
