| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá faktory, ovlivňující postoj k dopingu v silovém trojboji. Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit vliv morální neangažovanosti, cílových orientací a předchozích zkušeností silových trojbojařů s ostatními sportovci, kteří doping užili, na postoj sportovců k dopingu v silovém trojboji. Práce staví na kvantitativním výzkumu v podobě dotazníkového šetření. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 135 sportovců, věnující se silovému trojboji. K vyhodnocení byla použita regresní analýza. Za použití regresního modelu byl prokázán vliv morální neangažovanosti a zkušenosti s dopingem na postoj k dopingu. Vliv cílových orientací na postoj k dopingu nebyl potvrzen. Na základě výsledků byly diskutovány možnosti dalšího výzkumu a také byly diskutovány přínosy pro management sportu v oblasti dopingu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis examines factors influencing attitudes towards doping in powerlifting. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the influence of moral disengagement, goal orientations, and previous experiences of powerlifters with other athletes who have used doping on athletes' attitudes towards doping in powerlifting. The thesis is based on quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey. The research sample consisted of 135 powerlifting athletes. For the evaluation regression analysis was used. Using a regression model, the influence of moral disengagement and experience with doping on attitudes towards doping was confirmed. The influence of goal orientations on attitudes towards doping was not confirmed. Based on the results, possibilities for further research were discussed, as well as the benefits for doping management in sports. |
