| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku smluv o dílo uzavíraných základními územně samosprávnými celky ve stavebnictví a analyzuje nedostatky v těchto smlouvách jakož i v procesu jejich uzavírání. Práce zkoumá faktory ovlivňující neúspěšné dokončení díla a proces uzavírání smluv o dílo optikou územně samosprávných celků. V praktické části je využita metoda obsahové analýzy. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků jsou navržena doporučení pro manažery pro zlepšení procesů v oblasti uzavírání smluv o dílo, s potenciálním přínosem i pro podnikatele. Inspiraci mohou v diplomové práci nalézt i právníci. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of contracts for work concluded by basic territorial self-governing units in the construction industry and analyzes shortcomings in these contracts as well as in the process of concluding them. The thesis examines the factors affecting the unsuccessful completion of the work and the process of concluding contracts for work through the lens of basic territorial self-governing units. In the practical part, the method of content analysis is used. Based on the identified shortcomings, recommendations are proposed for managers to improve processes in the area of concluding work contracts, with potential benefits for entrepreneurs as well. Even lawyers can find inspiration in this diploma thesis. |
