| Abstract: | V práci byly definovány dva hlavní cíle. Identifikovat klíčové aspekty, které ovlivňují UX, a navázat a přispět k výzkumu měření UX mobilních aplikací. Výzkumy ukazují, že pro úspěšnost mobilních aplikací je dnes důležité, aby přinášely uživateli přidanou hodnotu v pro uživatele co nejpohodlnější a nejpřívětivější podobě. Toho se dá do sáhnout začleněním UX praktik do povědomí organizací a následnou aplikací jejích principů na strategické i operativní úrovni managementu. V práci je definován po stup přípravy měření a určení vhodných metrik na základě aktuálních poznatků z literatury. V práci byla měřena aplikace ve vývojovém stádiu pomocí tří dimenzio nální metody měření (výkonnostní měření, dotazník UX, fyziologická měření) rozšířené o záznam obrazovky a měření prvního dojmu z aplikace. |

| Abstract: | Two main goals were defined in the thesis. To identify the key aspects that influence UX, and to build on and contribute to research on measuring the UX of mobile applications. The research shows, that it is important for the success of mobile applications today that they add value to the user in the most convenient and user-friendly way. This can be achieved by embedding UX practices into the awareness of organizations and then applying principles at both strategic and operational management levels. The thesis defines the following process of developing measurements and determining appropriate metrics based on current knowledge from the literature. The thesis measured the application in the development stage using three dimensional measurement methods (performance measurements, UX questionnaire, physiological measurements) augmented with screen recording and first impression measurements. |
