| Abstract: | V dnešním prostředí moderního podnikání jsou rychlé změny v informačních technologiích a dynamika trhů nevyhnutelné. Organizace se proto neustále snaží přizpůsobovat těmto novým podmínkám a využívat strategie informačních technologií k dosažení svých cílů. Nicméně často dochází k problémům spojeným s nesouladem mezi IT strategií a organizační strategií, což může brzdit růst a inovace a vést k neefektivnímu využití zdrojů. Cílem práce je identifikace faktorů nesouladu mezi IT strategií a organizační strategií v kontextu řízení změn. V rámci práce jsou zkoumány moderní technologie a informační systémy v organizaci, charakterizace informační strategie a její propojení s celkovou strategií společnosti. Dále je analyzován nesoulad mezi těmito strategiemi a hledány efektivní metody pro jejich odstranění. Kombinace syntézy dostupných dokumentů společnosti, pozorování a rozhovorů se zaměstnanci je použita k získání relevantních dat. Na základě výsledků jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. Výsledkem práce je identifikace nesouladu, kterým je nedostatečná komunikace mezi úrovněmi managementu a odděleními. Také by se měla vzít v potaz případná revize a aktualizace informační strategie, zapojení zaměstnanců do procesů změn a pevnější zakotvení IT strategie v celkové strategii organizace. |

| Abstract: | In today's modern business environment, rapid changes in information technology and market dynamics are inevitable. Organizations are therefore constantly striving to adapt to these new conditions and use information technology strategies to achieve their goals. However, there are often problems associated with misalignment between IT and organisational strategy, which can hinder growth and innovation and lead to inefficient use of resources. The aim of this thesis is to identify the drivers of misalignment between IT and organisational strategy in the context of change management. The thesis examines modern technologies and information systems in the organization, characterization of the information strategy and its connection with the overall strategy of the company. Furthermore, the mismatch between these strategies is analyzed and effective methods for eliminating them are sought. A combination of synthesis of available company documents, observations and interviews with employees is used to obtain relevant data. Based on the results, the research questions are answered. The thesis identified disagreement, resulting from lack of communication between management levels and departments. Furthemore, potential revision and modernization of the information strategy, the involvement of employees in the change management and a stronger embedding of the IT strategy in the overall strategy of the organization should be taken into account. |
