| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu organizačních stresorů u zaměstnanců Policie ČR a obecní policie v Jihočeském kraji. V rešeršní části jsou zkoumány různé oblasti stresu. První kapitola se věnuje stresu v obecném měřítku, druhá řeší stres v pracovním prostředí a třetí ho dává do kontextu policejního prostředí. Metodická část stanovuje 2 výzkumné otázky, na které práce odpovídá formou dotazníkového šetření. Jaké organizační stresory mají u strážníků a policistů odlišnou míru? Jaké jsou charakteristiky re-spondentů ve vztahu k významným stresorům? Metoda t-testu odhalila 4 stresory. Následně chí-kvadrát test prokázal existenci významného vztahu u 3 charakteristik respondentů (délka služby, pohlaví a hodnost). Diskuse rozebírá možné příčiny těchto výsledků. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of organizational stressors among employees of the Czech Police and municipal officers in the South Bohemian Region. The research part examines various areas of stress. The first chapter deals with stress on a general scale, the second addresses stress in the work environment, and the third places it in the context of the police environment. The methodological part sets 2 research questions to which the thesis responds in the form of a questionnaire survey. What organizational stressors have different levels among police officers and municipal officers? What are the characteristics of respondents in relation to significant stressors? The t-test method revealed 4 stressors. Subsequently, the chi-square test demonstrated the existence of a significant relationship in 3 characteristics of respondents (length of service, gender, and rank). The discussion analyzes possible causes of these results. |
