| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mírou overturismu ve vybraných destinacích a možnými přístupy k řešení této problematiky. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikace míry overturismu ve vybraných destinacích cestovního ruchu Jihočeského kraje s ohledem na zájmy a postoje rezidentů v destinaci a návrh řešení, které povedou k vyšší kvalitě života rezidentů vybraných destinací. V rámci literární rešerše jsou představeny relevantní teoretické koncepty a výzkumné přístupy. Metodika výzkumu se zaměřuje na výběr vhodných metod a provedení kvantitativního výzkumu pomocí online dotazníků, které jsou rozdistribuovány mezi obyvatele Třeboně a Českého Krumlova. Data z dotazníků jsou zpracována pomocí statistických metod a na základě této analýzy jsou diskutovány výsledky výzkumu a navrhována opatření pro zlepšení kvality života v daných destinacích. Výsledky této práce poskytnou důležité informace pro organizace destinačního managementu ke zlepšení kvality živo-ta rezidentů, snížení iritace rezidentů a návštěvnického managementu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the level of overtourism in selected destinations and possible approaches to adress this issue. The aim of the thesis is to identify the level of overtourism in selected tourism destinations of the South Bohemian Region, with regard to the interests and attitudes of residents in the destination and to propose solutions that will lead to a higher quality of life for residents of the selected destinations. The literature review presents relevant theoretical concepts and research approaches. The methodology focuses on selecting appropriate methods and conducting quantitative research using online questionnaires distributed to residents of Třeboň and Český Krumlov. Data from the questionnaires are analyzed using statistical methods, and based on this analysis the research results are discussed and measures to improve the quality of life in the destinations are proposed. The results of this work will provide important information for destination management organizations to improve the quality of life for residents, reduce resident irritation and visitor management. |
