| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku hodnocení kvality vysokých škol, respektive vnímání kvality studenty. Jejím cílem je navrhnout postup, který vysokým školám umožní kvalitu nejen komplexně zhodnotit, ale také porovnat a následně kontinuálně zvyšovat. Tento postup je aplikován při srovnání Fakul-ty managementu VŠE se dvěma ekonomicko-manažerskými vysokoškolskými institucemi ze zahraničí. Práce k naplnění cíle využívá principy benchmarkin-gové studie, v níž se věnuje především fázi hodnocení kvality z pohledu studen-tů. Na základě hodnocení identifikuje benchmarkingovou mezeru a následně i přenositelné dobré praktiky od zahraničních institucí směrem k Fakultě ma-nagementu. Diplomová práce resultuje do sady zlepšovatelských návrhů v po-době projektů, které reflektují zjištěné dobré praktiky a zároveň zohledňují reálné podmínky Fakulty pro jejich realizaci. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the issue of quality assessment of universities, or the perception of quality by students. Its aim is to propose a procedure that allows universities to assess quality not only comprehensively, but also to compare and then continuously improve it. This procedure is applied when comparing the Faculty of Management of the University of Economics and Management with two higher education institutions from abroad. The thesis uses the principles of a benchmarking study to achieve its goal, in which it focuses primarily on the quality assessment phase from the students' perspective. Based on the evaluation, it identifies the benchmarking gap and consequently transferable good practices from foreign institutions towards the Faculty of Management. The thesis resulates into a set of improvement proposals in the form of projects that reflect the identified good practices while taking into account the real conditions of the Faculty for their implementation. |
