| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem tailoringu agilních přístupů, který může být řešením určitých problémů vzniklých při agilní transformaci společnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikace a zmapování problémových oblastí, které se vyskytují v průběhu adopce agilních metod řízení ve společnosti působící v korporátním prostředí. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na problémové oblasti na týmové úrovni a konkrétně pak na problémy, se kterými se setkávají vývojové týmy. Nejdříve je provedena rešerše zdrojů na téma agilní transformace a vybrané agilní přístupy. Následně je kvalitativním výzkumem zjišťován aktuální stav transformace a individuální úpravy agilní metodiky v jednotlivých týmech. Tyto úpravy jsou poté porovnávány se současným nastavením vybraného týmu. Na základě analýzy dat je navrženo doporučení úprav agilních přístupů pro vybraný tým s cílem dosažení vyšší adopce agility. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is focused on tailoring agile approaches as a possible solution to certain problems that arise during the agile transformation of a company. The main goal of the thesis is to identify and map problem areas that occur during the adoption of agile methodology in a company operating in a corporate environment. The thesis focuses mainly on problem areas at the team level and specifically on the problems encountered by development teams. First, a literature review is conducted on the topic of agile transformation and selected agile approaches. Subsequently, the current state of transformation and individual adjustments of agile methodology in individual teams are determined through qualitative research. These adjustments are then compared to the current setup of the selected team. Based on the data analysis, recommendations for adjusting agile approaches are proposed for the selected team with the aim of achieving higher adoption of agility. |
