| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá kompletním vyhodnocením rezidenčního developerského projektu. Cílem je zhodnotit efektivitu projektu a popsat jeho rizika. Analytická část zahrnuje vypracování kalkulace výnosů a nákladů investice, sestavení finančního plánu, vyhodnocení efektivity projektu a analýzu rizika projektu. Hodnocení je provedeno dynamickými i statickými metodami. |

| Abstract: | The thesis works on the evaluation of residential development project. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate profitability and risks of the project. There are calculation of incomes and costs, financial plan, evaluation of profitability and risks of the project in the analytical part of the thesis. Evaluation is made by both dynamic and static methods. |
