| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce provádí analýzu a srovnání eGovernment systémů v České republice a Vietnamu s důrazem na poskytované služby a uživatelskou přívětivost. Analýza je založena na kombinaci primárních dat (rozhovor s uživateli) a sekundárních dat (analýza relevantní literatury a webových stránek vlády). Na základě získaných poznatků jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení pro optimalizaci digitalizace veřejné správy v České republice. |

The analysis is based on a combination of primary data (user interviews) and secondary data (analysis of relevant literature and government websites). Based on the findings, specific recommendations are formulated for the optimisation of the digitisation of public administration in the Czech Republic. |
