| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na aplikaci Balanced Scorecard (BSC) v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část práce definuje Balanced Scorecard, jeho význam v řízení a historický vývoj. Dále se zabývá základními principy, koncepty a perspektivami BSC. Praktická část práce obsahuje strategickou analýzu společnosti, včetně PEST analýzy, finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Na základě těchto analýz je navržena strategická mapa a jednotlivé perspektivy pro optimalizaci výkonnosti podniku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the application of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in a specific company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the Balanced Scorecard, its importance in management and its historical development. It also deals with the basic principles, concepts and perspectives of BSC. The practical part of the thesis contains a strategic analysis of the company, including PEST analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on these analyses, the a strategic map and individual perspectives for performance optimisation are proposed of the company. |
