Tato diplomová práce zkoumá aplikaci metody Leadership Spiral Assessment (LSA) na vedení týmů, zaměřuje se na analýzu stylů vedení a úrovní leadershipu prostřednictvím této metody. Teoretická část se zabývá managementem a leadershipem, mezi kterými autor identifikuje prolínající se vztah. Metodologická část pojednává o samotné metodě LSA, společností navržené styly vedení používané manažery v praxi a metodách výzkumu. Dále popisuje konkrétní společnost a autorův záměr ve výběru tématu. Výzkumná část je rozdělena na kvalitativní a kvantitativní metodu dotazování. Výsledky práce poskytují ucelený pohled na souvislost mezi identifikovanou úrovní leadershipu, manažery aplikovanými styly vedení a zaměstnaneckou spokojeností. |

This thesis explores the application of the Leadership Spiral Assessment (LSA) method to managing teams, focusing on the analysis of leadership styles and levels of leadership through this method. The theoretical part examines management and leadership, among which the author identifies an intersecting relationship. The methodological part deals with the LSA method itself, the company's proposed leadership styles used by managers in practice, and research methods. In addition, it describes the particular company and the author's intention in choosing the topic. The research part is divided into qualitative and quantitative methods of interviewing. The results of the thesis provide a comprehensive view of the link between the identified level of leadership, leadership styles applied by managers and employee happiness. |
