| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením projektů a lidí v IT prostředí a jak k tomu efektivně využít aplikaci PowerBI. Cílem práce je zlepšení řízení lidí a projektů v organizační jednotce v nejmenované finanční korporaci. Čtenáři jsou nejdříve seznámeni s oblastí projektového řízení, metodikami řízení lidí a oblastí Self-service business intelligence nástrojů. Dále na základě analýzy sledované organizační jednotky, která byla provedena metodou pozorování a metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, byly zjištěny klíčové problémy. Jedná se zejména o oblast přehlednosti a zařazení zaměstnanců do agilních jednotek a o oblast vykazování odvedené práce zaměstnanci. Jelikož manažeři potřebují mít v těchto oblastech přehled, tak bylo navrhnuto BI řešení těchto problémů. Výsledkem práce je Dashboard o pěti stranách, který umožňuje dělat vedení a manažerům lepší rozhodnutí a napomáhá jim s přehledností. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with managing projects and people in an IT environment, and how to effectively use Power BI for this purpose. The aim of the thesis is to improve people and project management in an organizational unit of an unnamed financial corporation. Readers are first introduced to the area of project management, people management methodologies and the area of self-service business intelligence tools. The key problems were identified based on an analysis of the organizational unit under study, which was conducted using the observation method and the semi-structured interview method. These are mainly in overview and assignment of employees to agile units and in the area of work reporting done by employees. As managers need to have awareness of these areas, a BI solution of these problems was proposed. The result of the work is a five-page Dashboard that allows executives and managers to make better decisions and helps them with awareness. |
