| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo analyzovat kroky centrální banky Ruské federace v rámci měnové politiky a následně vyhodnotit, jaké důsledky mají tyto procesy pro podnikání. Práce identifikuje a hodnotí hlavní nástroje a přístupy měnové politiky, které centrální banka Ruska používá, a zkoumá, jak tyto faktory ovlivňují ekonomiku země, a zejména podnikatelské prostředí. Skrze deskriptivní analýzu dlouhodobých trendů a reakcí na geopolitické události práce poskytuje přehled o významných změnách v rámci měnové politiky a jejich dopadu na ekonomické podmínky. Závěrem práce posuzuje, jak efektivně měnová politika Ruské federace působí na ekonomiku a podnikatelskou sféru, a bude předloženo doporučení pro podnikatele, aby se lépe adaptovali na monetární rozhodnutí a změny v makroekonomickém prostředí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis was to analyze the steps taken by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in monetary policy and subsequently to evaluate the consequences of these processes for business. The work identifies and assesses the main tools and approaches of monetary policy used by the Central Bank of Russia and examines how these factors affect the country's economy, especially the business environment. Through descriptive analysis of long-term trends and reactions to geopolitical events, the work provides an overview of significant changes within monetary policy and their impact on economic conditions. In conclusion, the work assesses how effectively the monetary policy of the Russian Federation affects the economy and the business sector, and recommendations will be presented for entrepreneurs to better adapt to monetary decisions and changes in the macroeconomic environment. |
