| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou čtvrtletní časové řady počtu dokončených bytů na území hlavního města Prahy od roku 2006 do roku 2023. Data byla čerpána z webových stránek Českého statistického úřadu. Hlavním cílem práce je zanalyzovat vývoj této časové řady. Jsou použity základní popisné charakteristiky časových řad a vybrané metody pro modelování sezónní a trendové složky. Účelem práce je odhalit, jak se mění počty dokončených bytů v jednotlivých čtvrtletích a jakým způsobem se vyvíjí jejich produkce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the quarterly time series of the number of completed apartments in the territory of the Capital City of Prague from 2006 to 2023. The data were drawn from the websites of the Czech Statistical Office. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the development of this time series. Basic descriptive characteristics of time series and selected methods for modeling the seasonal and trend components are used. The purpose of the work is to reveal how the numbers of completed apartments change in individual quarters and how their production evolves. |
