| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje zjištění potenciálu a problémů elektronické identity a elektronických osobních dokladů v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce je s použitím teoretického modelu UMEGA provést kvalitativní studii menšího rozsahu zaměřenou na vztah obyvatel České republiky k elektronické identitě a elektronickým osobním dokladům z hlediska subjektivního vnímání jejich přínosů a problémů. Teoretická část se věnuje popisu aktuálního stavu implementace elektronické identity a elektronických osobních dokladů v ČR, související právní úpravy a také teoretického modelu UMEGA. Praktická část je věnována přípravě, provedení a následné analýze šesti polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s využitím modelu UMEGA. Pomocí tematické analýzy rozhovorů jsou identifikovány faktory, které ovlivňují vztah a ochotu obyvatel ČR využívat elektronickou identitu a elektronické osobní doklady, a následně jsou formulována doporučení pro veřejnou správu v souvislosti s těmito technologiemi. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on exploring the potential and issues of digital identity and digital personal documents in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis is to conduct a smaller-scale qualitative study focused on the attitude of Czech residents to digital identity and digital personal documents in terms of their subjective perception of their benefits and challenges using the UMEGA model. The theoretical part describes the current state of implementation of digital identity and digital personal documents in the Czech Republic, related legal regulations, and the UMEGA adoption model. The practical part is dedicated to the preparation, execution, and subsequent analysis of six semi-structured interviews using the UMEGA model. Through thematic analysis of the interviews, factors influencing the attitude and behavioral intention of residents of the Czech Republic to use digital identity and digital personal documents are identified, and recommendations for the Czech government regarding these technologies are formulated. |
