| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma cenzury na sociálních sítích a její vnímání mezi členy generace Z. V teoretické části práce je nejprve představena cenzura jako taková a dále její podoba na sociálních sítích, a to včetně přehledu konkrétních sítí a forem cenzury na nich uplatňovaných. V praktické části se věnuji průzkumu mezi dnešní mladou generací – generací Z, jehož cílem je zjistit, jak tato konkrétní skupina vnímá cenzuru na sociálních sítích. Průzkum se zaměřuje na to, jaké formy cenzury jsou dle nich přijatelné a také jaké konkrétní formy regulace obsahu považují za adekvátní pro různé typy situací. Cílem této práce je nejen poukázání na aktuální stav cenzurování obsahu a na neucelenost pravidel regulace obsahu mezi jednotlivými sítěmi, ale také identifikování hlavních postojů týkajících se cenzury mezi generací Z, která je spolu s generací Y největší skupinou uživatelů těchto platforem. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on censorship on social media and its perception among Generation Z members. In the theoretical part of the thesis, censorship is first introduced in general and then specifically in the context of social networks including an overview of specific platforms and forms of censorship applied on them. In the practical part, I conduct a survey among the current young generation, Generation Z, to find out how this particular group perceives censorship on social media. The survey focuses on what forms of censorship they consider acceptable and what specific forms of content regulation they deem adequate for distinct types of situations. The aim of this thesis is not only to highlight the current state of content censorship and the inconsistency of content regulation rules among different platforms but also to identify the main attitudes regarding censorship among Generation Z, which, along with Generation Y, constitutes the largest group of users of these platforms. |
